Order Processing Administrator

ROLE: We need someone who has the ability to work and communicate with a wide range of disciplines. Someone whose primary skill set is in identifying potential problems before they happen and taking steps to change course and avoid them. This, all in the name of delivering the best consumer experience possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to the Order Fulfillment Manager, the Order Processing Administrator will be responsible for the following:

  • Use of our custom online systems to monitor orders and consistently update data
  • Delight our customers by working to ensure their dresses are delivered as quickly and seamlessly as possible
  • Confirm orders are shipping as scheduled with efficiency
  • Relay accurate and current order information as provided by our third party vendors
  • Identify any problems or issues and handle them in an immediate and positive fashion
  • Professionally maintain vendor relations
  • Collaborate with people and teams throughout the organization to achieve goals
  • Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience and internal practices
  • Candidates should be available to work from 10:00 AM-6:00 PM, with a shift change during our peak season to 12:00 PM-8:00 PM. Peak times will also include a shift on the weekend (Sat or Sun) as needed.

LOCATION: The role is based in Middletown, DE.

Candidates who are right for this role will have:

  • Computer and internet proficiency (i.e. web applications, email, Microsoft office software and Google Drive)
  • Experience working in e-commerce preferred, but not required
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Advanced research and resolution skills
  • Capability to work as a team player as well as independently as needed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Naturally organized
